Beringer 'Main & Vine' White Zinfandel

White Zinfandel is actually produced using the red grape variety zinfandel; the light pink colour is a result of short, stopped fermentation that allows the juice to retain more sweetness and its pretty pink hue. Look for aromas and flavours of strawberry, fruit candy, spice and melon on a soft, medium-sweet palate.
