The romantic village of Piesport with around 3000 inhabitants, is a small village set alongside the Mosel river. Michelsberg is the name for the beautiful sun-drenched vineyards that surround the village, a region that has always been internationally renowned for its’ sweet cabinet wines.
The Piesporter Michelsberg has a honey yellow amber colour, and aromas of pear, nectarine, citrus blossom, honeycomb, gooseberry. It is a sweet styled wine, with fresh and well balanced acidity.
