The Fiol Prosecco DOC from Veneto, Italy has a clear pale straw colour with persistent bubbles; aromas of pear, citrus and green apple with notes of white flowers and banana; dry, light to medium bodied, balanced acidity, and flavours of green apple, pear and citrus, with notes of almond, bread and yeast.
