Sebastien Dampt Chablis

This Chablis is a blend of different plots, vinified and aged in steel vats. Fully dry, chalky, with notes of granny smith apple, citrus fruit, and a light flint aroma.

Lovely as an aperitif, with oysters, or light fish dishes.
